Smaller packages will be sent by UPS ground or USPS parcel post. "Overnight" or "Rush" deliveries can be accommodated in most cases, with the "Buyer" paying the additional shipping charges.
All merchandise will be insured during transit. Any claims must be made within 48 hours. It is a good idea to inspect the merchandise if noticeable damage to the outer carton. Please have the driver note any damage to the carton or merchandise. All sales should be considered final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:If the product is defective upon receipt, you can return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 14 days.
You must return the product to us within the above timeframe. The product must be unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box (double boxed), or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to originally ship it to you.Make sure to have adequate crush room between the inner & outer box, to prevent damage during transit. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused. In cases of return, you must obtain an Return Goods Authorization number prior to returning the product. Email or call us with Your Name, Your Order Number (number on your invoice), description of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RGA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.For an exchange of merchandise, you will be responsible for all shipping charges both ways. If you received the wrong item in our error, we will pay all shipping costs both ways.
